In other words, unless we have specifically requested in advance and in writing that you send us an idea, concept, pitch, suggestion, test, artwork, photograph, drawing, or any other similar material relating to either any new product or service or any change or improvement to an existing product or service, then we cannot accept or consider what you send us, because it is an “Unsolicited Submission.”

Please do not send us any Unsolicited Submissions. We hope you will understand that the intent of this policy is to avoid the possibility of misunderstandings when projects developed by our professional staff and contracted consultants might seem to others to be similar to their own ideas or creative work. Any feedback concerning our products or services should be specific to those products and services. In no event should that feedback contain any new or creative ideas, suggestions, or materials.

If, despite the policy described above, you send any Unsolicited Submission to Motorsports Authentics or any Motorsports Authentics employee, that submission shall become the sole and exclusive property of Motorsports Authentics. In that event, Motorsports Authentics shall have the right in its sole discretion to do with that submission as it so chooses, with no compensation, obligations or rights due to you in any manner or form, including without limitation the right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, delete, destroy or return all or any part of the Unsolicited Submission for any purpose and in any manner. Motorsports Authentics assumes no responsibility or obligation with respect to any Unsolicited Submission, including without limitation any responsibility for review, return or confidentiality.
