Returns and Warranty Assistance Service. Customer may return new Product, other than liquidation product, purchased from MA which is damaged or defective when received from MA (“Returned Product”) and receive a credit up to the amount invoiced for the Returned Product, subject to the following: (a) Customer has contacted MA and provided all reasons for requesting a return of the product and received an approved Return Authorization Number (“RA#”) from MA representative, and (b) the Returned Product is received by the MA within thirty (30) days of the invoice date; (c) the Returned Product is new and unused; (d) the Returned Product is in its original package, which has not been damaged or altered; (e) MA determines, in its sole judgment, that Customer is not in default of the Terms and Conditions or any other agreement between the parties.

International Orders: Currently we ship to addresses in the U.S. and Canada. All orders must be paid in U.S. funds. Orders shipping to Canada will be charged appropriate freight charges. Canadian customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

Credit Card Processing: Orders are not billed to a credit card until the product is available to ship. It is still required that a credit card be verified at time of order placement. Customers / members must provide correct billing address that matches what the credit card issuer has record of. Failure to provide the appropriate and accurate credit card information may result in the Customer's order not being processed and the entire order cancelled.

Credit cards that are rejected during processing may result in the Customer's entire order being cancelled. Orders may be replaced only after authorization of the credit card transaction is received, provided stock is still available.

If payment cannot be charged to a Customer's credit card, or if any of Customer's charges are returned for any reason, including chargeback, The Motorsports Authentics M&M's Racing Store reserves the right to either suspend or terminate the Customer's access.

Payment: You are responsible to pay all amounts owed to your account, including all applicable taxes, in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the merchandise is prepared for shipment. Pricing: This store is designed for the general public and all orders will be charged suggested retail pricing. All M&M's employees should refer to their M&M's Employee catalog or flyers for the toll-free number to call and place their orders.

Shipping: Customers will be responsible for all applicable shipping fees (if any) at time of order fulfillment. Shipping and handling charges are charged per invoice, NOT per order. Orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple charges. Whenever possible we will combine several items onto one invoice. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.50.
